Therapy

We offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. In therapy, we work to equip our clients with tools and coping strategies to improve their social, emotional, and academic functioning. We incorporate elements of the following evidence-based therapies for our clients: play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology. We use play, discussion, and activities to meet our goals. In-person and virtual services are available.
