Therapy

We offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults (18-25). In therapy, we work to equip our clients with tools and coping strategies to improve their social, emotional, and academic functioning. We incorporate elements of the following evidence-based therapies for our clients: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness, and positive psychology. We use play, discussion, and activities to meet our goals. In-person and virtual services are available.

Our therapeutic support includes:

  • Collaboration with other professionals who work with the client

  • One 30-minute parent meeting a month
